Sojourn Magazine, Summer 1999, Volume 3, Issue 3

From the Editor
The mother-child bond is a primary model for our subsequent human relationships. The articles in this issue of Sojourn recount stories of bonding and of bonding interruption--including prenatal memories, childbirth practices, prematurity, adoption, reconnection, finding roots, loss, infant healing, the power of touch, corrective parenting, and the gifts of love and friendship.

We hope you will be inspired by this group of articles, letters, stories and poems to honor your own experience, make informed choices, find inner healing and provide understanding to yourself and others.

Fall will celebrate the millennium shift and the end of a cycle for Sojourn. We are happy to receive your submissions and letters throughout the year.  If you would like to help us with our new vision or to assist in one of our projects, please call.
